Immediate on-site or remote action
Quick response is crucial to security. That’s why there is always an A&E technician near you and we have developed the remote support centre which is unique in Belgium. How does it work? In the event of problems or alerts, an experienced technician will remotely log into the heart of your system right away. He will make the correct diagnosis, and immediately take action. This will only take a second, and there are no transport costs nor any environmental damage.
First aid in case of alerts and problems
Do you wish to focus on your core activity? And entrust your security to professionals? Then rely on A&E Security's remote support centre. In 85% of the alerts communicated to our service desk we call in the remote support centre: for all sorts of technical or operational problems as well as at every alert. This way we directly check whether the alarm is false or genuine. This filter or buffer between the alarm receiving centre and your alarm system will easily decrease the number of unnecessary interventions by 80%! And it will reduce your security costs.
First verification, then police
Did you know that the police will only intervene if an alert has been verified? So remove any doubts through a check: physical (you or our intervention team checks on site), virtual (through camera images) or technical via the remote support centre (our technicians log into your system).

Your business or organisation has much to lose from a burglary or fire. Your goods can be stolen or become unsaleable. You need to repair the damage to your premises. Your staff lives in fear. Maybe you even have to close your business for a while! So take the necessary precautions and make intruders think again:
Don’t take any risks when it comes to your security. Your most precious belongings and – what's worse – the lives of your loved ones are at stake. Alarm systems deter intruders, so that they will pass over your home. Or they are caught red-handed. As a result, they do not escape punishment and the damage you suffer is limited.
